Start from 20 weeks and finish the program by 37 weeks

With 5 Private Sessions, you will receive Jo’s one-on-one attention supported by her extensive experience and knowledge in the birthing and health field. Jo is committed to guide and support you throughout the program and right up until your birthing day, to best suit your unique pregnancy journey and birthing needs. The 5 Private Sessions are either a Saturday OR Sunday (am/ pm) and each session is generally held over 2.5 to 3 hours. The first and final session usually takes at least 3 hours due to questions. In summary, that is 12.5 to 15 hours of learning, practising and preparing for your special birthing day.

HypnoBirthing Bookings

• Once your session dates are confirmed then a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $160 is required to save those dates.

• You will then need to follow on with a payment of $400, due NO LATER THAN 1 week before your first session.

• OR if you prefer you can pay the full amount of $560, due NO LATER THAN 1 week before your first session.

At Your First Session You Will Receive

• The 4th edition HypnoBirthing Mongan Method book (soft cover with 319 pages).

• Australian educational HypnoBirthing Folder.

• MP3 Australian version with HypnoBirthing affirmations and relaxation audios.

• Allocated handouts throughout the 5 sessions.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation must be given 2 weeks prior to the first session date for a full refund; less the non-refundable deposit.

2. Cancellation must be given 1 week prior to the first session date for a full refund; less than the non-refundable deposit and will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation 24 hours prior to the first session date will not receive a refund.

4. A ‘no show’ will not receive a refund.
