Women’s Way supports women from all stages of their life with the gentle modality of Ortho-Bionomy. Women’s life stages are based on the reproductive cycle, beginning with menstruation and continuing through menopause. Over the course of a women’s life her hormones go through different phases and these changes shape women’s reproductive health, but they also have an impact on women’s health overall.
Women’s Way provides Ortho-Bionomy sessions for women, that is a natural drug free approach that helps to improve flexibility, release joint stiffness, increase your range of movement, improve circulation and gently ease pain and stress to relax your body. Ortho-Bionomy is gentle and safe for acute and chronic pain sufferers.

Session duration:
Your first session will usually take 1 hour & 15 minutes, so that your registration form can also be reviewed. Any follow on sessions are 1 hour.
